		<description>I made the Eggplant al Forno for dinner last night...*rolling eyes*  It was so delicious!  But that&#039;s just from the small piece that I was able to steal off my daughter&#039;s plate.  My children ate all the eggplant before I had finished cooking dinner.  This is a quick and easy meal; the directions are clear and easy.  My only suggestion is to use a brush to spread the olive oil, garlic and pesto mixture.  I used a spoon on some and the kids said it was a little too heavy (but they still scarfed it down).  Delizioso.  Thank you, Paula!</description>
