		<description>Oh by the way I forgot to mention - frozen artichoke hearts are sooo much cheaper and better for you with less oil than the jarred - defrost before adding to dip - comes out yummy!!  Love this one hot or cold!</description>

		<description>This artichoke dip recipe sounds great. I have another version where I add a tiny bit of softened cream chees to the mayonoise. I also add diced leftover roasted ham to the dip. I serve mine warm with pita wedges drizzled with evoo and sprinkled with parm. cheese. I am the foodie in my circle of friends and they always know when I entertain they will be treated to dishes that are unique. I am from Michigan and an artist so the foodie part is quite natural to me. I look forward to viewing other recipes.</description>
