Call a Cab Cappuccino

Keep this one away from the kiddies! This is NOT your normal morning Cappuccino! Oh no, there’s a reason I call it “Call a Cab Cappuccino!” It’s one kicked up Cappuccino alright (there are, after all, six different liquors in here, boys & girls)!
So go easy! It will be smooth going down so you’ll certainly want to have a few but pace yourself. They will most certainly sneak up on you & knock you on your bum.
Feel free to substitute the Godiva for alternate chocolate liquors – we just like the taste of Godiva (probably because I LOVE their chocolates, no surprise there). Be sure to put any leftovers in the fridge until you’re ready for a refill (don’t want it to warm up) You’ll also want to chill the Espresso well. So, go ahead & make your Espresso early on & then just pop it in the fridge until you’re ready to whip your drinks!

I like to garnish mine with some chocolate shavings & a Pirouette for a beautiful presentation! It’s even perfect for dessert (after all it does have ice cream in it!)
Cheers!
What’s your favorite kicked up cocktail?

What you’ll need:
1 1/2 oz shot of Espresso – Chilled
1 1/2 oz shot of Godiva Chocolate Liquor
1 1/2 oz shot of Godiva White Chocolate Liquor
1 1/2 oz shot of Godiva Caramel Milk Chocolate Liquor
1 1/2 oz shot of Kahlua
1 1/2 oz shot of Frangelico
1 1/2 oz shot of Vodka
4 scoops of Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
dark chocolate to garnish – optional
piro to garnish – optional
What to do:
In a blender, add your ice cream & then add in all of the remaining ingriedients. Pulse until well blended. Serve immediately. Chill any remaining drink!
Salute!

Ah, Godiva liqueur. One of my favorite things! I have some white chocolate in the liquor cabinet right now, leftover from my minty St. Patrick’s Day ahamrock shakes. I’ll bet vanilla vodka would be great in this, too.
Hi Haley! I think vanilla vodka would be quite tasty as well & your Shamrock Shakes sound fab!
I will need to have an entire party around this drink! Looks divine!
Man, I really need one of these today.
I started to take a sip of my water while reading your post. thinking, oh coffee/alcohol drink with Kahlua. I had to stop my sip short when I read the “six dif types of alcohol”. Wow.
Yummy! Sounds fabulous! We do like a blended drink with coffee and Irish Cream:
CAROLANS ICED CREAM-A-CINO
For 1 serving:
2 scoops chocolate ice cream
1/4 cup iced coffee
1 ounce Carolans Irish Cream
1 ounce Vanilla Vodka
1/2 cup ice cubes
In fact, I haven’t had one for a while – and I think I have all the ingredients for this one!
