Super {appetizer} Bowls for the Super Bowl!

Are you ready for some FOOOOOOOTBALL? Well technically no I’m not! *gasp* I know but I’m just not a football fan y’all! Don’t hate! I am however, a fan of parties! And especially of making food for parties (you liking me better now? LOL) So I decided I’d come up with something new & exciting for your Super Bowl party! I figured you’d be overwhelmed with slider, buffalo wings, chili & dip recipes! Not that there’s anything wrong with those, BUT I wanted to give you a little something something unexpected! I got my idea for my Super Bowls (how cute is that) from my Asian Turkey Burger w/wasabi Mayo (which is off the hook good, if I say so myself) It’s a nice big fat JUICY Turkey Burger (I know you would think juicy would not apply with turkey burger but it does here) that is infused with Asian flavors such as fresh ginger, wasabi & soy sauce among others. Can you smell it cooking, oh I’m in love with those smells!

So regardless of which team you’re routing for, I hope your Super Bowl party will include these Super Bowls ;)

Oh you want the recipe, do you? Well maybe you’ve noticed that supah cute little vespa girl button on the right?

That’s my new child! Well technically not really, BUT it has felt like giving birth again LOL. That’s my new BLOG portion where I’m going to post whatever crazy rantings I might have when I sit down to type (don’t say I didn’t warn you), and it will also be where I put misc. food recipes (like this one because some of y’all just aren’t used to seeing non Italian food here & well that’s totally okay)

So for this recipe just head on over to www.pauladoespasta.com & be sure to let me know what you think of my new baby, err I mean blog  ; )

Baci!
