I made this gelato today exactly according to your recipe (though without the kiwi cups, as i’m not handy enough to extract the fruit without destroying the skin) and it turned out AMAZING. My dinner guests said it was creamy without being heavy, and marveled at the complex flavors – tart kiwi, smooth custard, just enough sugar. I splurged on organic ingredients and it was worth it. Thanks for this fantastic post!
