		<description>I made this for a Friday overnight event.  Ended up being the wrong group to try this out on.  One person out of about 15 had ever tried or heard of gazpacho.  I really like it and the other lady that had tried it before liked it.  I find it very refreshing and I&#039;m not sad that I have the leftovers for myself!  I got basically 3 different types of responses.... would be good with some chips, the texture is weird, they don&#039;t like tomato juice/soup.

At least now, if it&#039;s ever offered somewhere, I&#039;ll know not to be afraid of ordering it.  And I loved how easy this was to fix.</description>

So what is the etiquette if they are sooooo good and one shooter is not sufficient?   Do you present one per person and that&#039;s it or do you put out more than that?</description>
