I lived in Mexico for a while and was served squash blossoms frequently - sometimes for an appetizer and others were in tacos.   I&#039;ve also had them on pizza in California.

I grow squash for the blossoms, too.  Your recipe is the best I&#039;ve found - so will try it tomorrow.  I&#039;m up to my ears in squash so the plants and bees won&#039;t miss a few blossoms.</description>
