Basil, Balsamic vinegar, and strawberries are one of my favorite flavor combos… I can only imagine how amazing it is in some gelato!

This recipe does seem to have all the right ingredients for a formula to a very different ice-cream experience. I shall, out of curiousity…try this one soon…before the fresh strawberries run out ;o)
