Polpette {Meatballs}

What is it about a meatball that is so endearing? People LOVE meatballs. People go crazy for meatballs. I don’t know that I’ve ever met anyone that didn’t like a meatball {well okay perhaps my veggietarian friends but you know what I mean}. What’s not to love.
