Announcing: Pasta 101 & Build a Better Panino!

There are so many exciting things going on lately that I wanted to share a few of them with you loverlies…In case you missed my announcement, I’ve joined the featured contributor’s writing team over at babble’s family kitchen. I’m thrilled beyond words and I’m literally bubbling over with ideas, tips, tricks and recipes that I can’t wait to share with everyone. 

TWO new series I thought might be of particular interest to you are: Pasta 101 & Build a Better Panino.

Pasta 101 will showcase a new pasta shape. With over 300 shapes this could go on for a while ; ) This weeks inaugural post was PASTA 101: GIGLI I talk about the shape, it’s origins and then give you recipes that you can make using those pasta shapes!

and then there’s…

Build a Better Panino. Which will showcase what else PANINI! The beloved sandwich. There are so many choices, from what to build your panini on, to the fillings, then there is the decision of whether to toast or not to toast, to be eaten cold or hot. You get the picture. You will see a plethora {I love that word LOL} delicious panini that you can sink your teeth into. Today’s Inaugural post is: Build a Better Panino: Strawberry Nutella Panino! You knew I’d be working Nutella in there didn’t you ; )

Now we love feedback {ehem and so does babble ; ) } so I’d love to hear your ideas on what pasta shapes you’d like to see coming up and of course any paninis that you might want to devour early on!

& of course, we’ll be back domani with a brand new recipe just like always!

    I heart Italian foods but I’m over the top in love with Pasta!! I just can’t get enough of it!!!

    I can’t wait to see all the new & interesting things you do with it…and to find out when you’ll be leading us on a tour of Italy! :) [just for my 2 cents - i *LOVED* the Reggio Emilia region, hint hint!!]
