Nutella Pancakes

It’s been a while since our last Nutella posting {gasp I know}. I thought I’d rectify that with a short stack of Nutella deliciousness. While I was in Roma last week I had a Cornetto with a pocket Nutella just about every morning for breakfast along with my cappuccino. It was perfetto but it made me realize that I didn’t have very many Nutella breakfast options for you. So now I give you….Nutella pancakes {& they couldn’t be easier to make}

Pancakes are such a perfect canvas for additional flavors. You can add in just about anything your heart desires. Today mine desired Nutella ; ) You can customize the Nutella level as you see fit. I found 2-3 tablespoons mixed into the batter gave a nice subtle Nutella flavor. If you’d like a stronger Nutella flavor just add a little more.
I served mine with maple syrup and fresh strawberries. Powdered sugar might also be an option or you could just slather a little Nutella between two pancakes add a few strawberry slices and have a Nutella Pancake Sandwich ; )

These make a wonderful special breakfast treat on the weekends. As always, if you need more Nutella deliciousness just head on over to bella nutella ; )
Baci!

What You Will Need:
- Your favorite Pancake Batter Recipe + required ingredients

- fresh strawberries - sliced
- pure maple syrup - optional
- powdered sugar - optional
What To Do:
- Mix your pancake batter according to directions. Add Nutella. Whisk to combine.
- Spray griddle pan with cooking spray. Place pan over medium - high heat. When pan is hot add 1/4 cup of batter to pan. When bubbles appear around edges flip. Continue cooking on other side. Continue until you have desired amount of pancakes.
