Blueberry Smoothie
Even before taking that first slip, from the moment I hear the word smoothie, I just smile! It’s a happy word and it’s a happy drink! Smoothies couldn’t be easier to make and you can add just about anything you like. Besides being delicious it’s a great way to get more fresh (or frozen fruit) into your families diet.
And these very berry blueberry smoothies, sweetened with just a hint of honey happen to be lactose free. BUT you wouldn’t know it from the taste. I used Yoplait’s® new lactose free yogurt in vanilla. “Lactose-free doesn’t have to mean dairy-free. With new Yoplait® Lactose Free yogurt, you can say yes to a smooth, creamy, and great-tasting dairy treat, without the worry.”

What You Will Need:
- 6 ounces Yoplait lactose free vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup ice
What To Do:
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blender until smooth and thick.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries if desired.
