Cappuccino Panna Cotta
No I haven’t had too much wine and you don’t have to adjust your screens. That is indeed panna cotta cleverly placed inside the most adorable Le Creuset cappuccino cups. You all know how much of a coffee person I am. If I don’t have my morning cup it’s not pretty. It’s best for everyone who encounters me that I do. Now I can have my morning fix in style thanks to the new Cafe’ Collection from Le Creuset.
If you’re having people over for dinner, make panna cotta for dessert. It’s easy and impressive. Restaurants would like you to believe it’s one of the most complicated desserts on the planet, because surely at $7+ a serving it must be complicated and require all kinds of special equipment. Wrong. It takes about 10 minutes to make and then you set it and forget it. This version combines my love of coffee and panna cotta and might just be my new favorite flavor of panna cotta. It’s creamy, luscious and looks even better when served in these great cappuccino cups.
