Celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Style with a #CoronaRita

Cinco de Mayo is in just a few days. Are you craving Mexican food and Margaritas? Are you up for celebrating but don’t want to do any of the cooking? How about grabbing the family and heading to Chili’s. It’s a family friendly restaurant that won’t break the bank. We’re big fans of the budget friendly lunch menu and the 2 for $20 dinner menu. You share an appetizer and get two FULL size entrees. The chips and salsa and chips with fire grilled corn guacamole are two of our favorite appetizers. The quesadilla explosion salad could easily feed two of us so the portions are generous to say the least. And our kids love the PepperPal Kids menu so it’s a win win for all of us. Not to mention it leaves a little denero left over to splurge on a drink or two. I happen to be a sucker for a margarita.
Try the Margarita chicken, the chips and salsa and wash it down with the newCoronaRita at Chili’s. It’s made with Jose Cuervo Especial Tequila and Coronita. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo.

Those margaritas are huge! What a great way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo!
We LOVE Chili’s!! It’s our go-to restaurant of choice. I would have to get the Tequila Lime Chicken, corn on the cob, and rice. And molten lava cake, of course!
Awesome cocktail and giveaway. Chili’s – I would go with the Japapeno Smokehouse Bacon Burger.
Or even a Jalapeno. : )

How about the southwestern egg rolls. We love them with a corona rita.
I’d go with the Crispy Chicken Tacos, then finish it off with the Chocolate Chip Paradise Pie.

I’m big on Chilis appetizers for meals… great portions and delish! For me, it’d be the fire grilled corn guacamole served with chips and salsa to whet my appetite and build up a thirst… followed by the main event-classic nachos with fajita beef!
