Impossibly Easy Pepper Pizza
Today is the kind of day that this pizza would have come in handy for dinner. It’s been a doozy. If you didn’t know Go Daddy had a major problemo today causing half of the world’s websites (okay maybe not that many) to go down. My little places on the virtual world included. Now finally all seems to be right in the virtual universe again and I can share this little gem of a pizza with you. So perhaps it could be tomorrow night’s dinner. Or the next busy night’s dinner. You decide.
I’m the first to admit that I love making pizza dough from scratch and try to as much as possible. But there are days, like today, when that isn’t possible. I spent most of the day trying not to pull my hair out thanks to the internet debacle, and then the second half taxiing the bambini around. When we finally got home it was after 6pm and everyone was “starving”. What to make for dinner? Pizza. In comes Pillsbury with their new Artisan multi grain pizza crust. I simply pop the can (I still love to do that) unroll and top it with what I please. This pizza is peppered with red and yellow bell peppers (no green for me please). It’s bright and happy and the kids love it because it’s so colorful.
And you can make this and have it on the table before any delivery service could get to your door. Just saying.
Baci!

I used to never, ever eat peppers but lately I’ve been loving them and this looks like a great pizza for nights that I am short on time.
